Identification of training needs

Training needs of employees are identified by qualification, past experience, personal discussion and on the basis of day-today observation by respective department head, with respect to their Job responsibility.

On the basis of these identified training for each department is defined.

• Expert in various subjects conduct the above training sessions.
• Skill development training are given on the job at work site in the classroom. Motivational training are provided in the classroom by external facility.

 

Evaluation of Effectiveness of Training Needs

•Effectiveness of training is evaluated by feedback from and by conducting test/ discussion.

 

Retraining needs are identified by personal discussion with the employee and on the basis of day-to-day observation by respective department head.
